Abstract
This study is to analyze the changes of tobacco cessation policy preferences in non-smoking area policy of owners/workers and users in billiards and indoor golf clubs. We surveyed 300 owners and workers, and 600 users of billiards and indoor screen golf clubs on August 2017 and August 2018. Descriptive analysis and multivariate logistic regression was performed using SAS 9.4. After adjusting the confounding variables, past smokers and non-smokers were more favorable to non-smoking area in both owners and users. Indeed, female and high subjective health status users were more favorable to non-smoking area compared to male and lower subjective health status users. It means the preferences of tobacco cessation policy differ from individual characteristics and need to consider the allocation of limited resources. It is expected to establish a scientific basis for the implementation of the non-smoking area in the future.
